Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) in Hounslow
If you let a property, the law says every gas appliance, flue and pipework must be checked once a year by a Gas Safe registered engineer. The record of that check is the CP12, also called the Landlord Gas Safety Record. Without a current one you cannot legally let the property.
